1. Stenographer Grade II
No. of Posts : 127 {UR – 65 (includes 14 reserved for Women) ; OBC – 09 ; SC – 17 ; ST – 36 (includes 7 for women)}
Pay Scale : Rs.5200 – 20200/- + GP Rs.2800/-
Qualification : Higher Secondary /12th/10+2 with Hindi Typing and Hindi Shorthand Certificate From Recognised Institute.
2. Stenographer Grade III
No. of Posts : 160 {UR – 77 (Includes 9 Reserved for PH and 11 for women) ; OBC – 17 ; SC – 25 (Includes 1 reserved for PH and 2 for Women) ; ST – 41 (Includes 2 reserved for PH and 4 for women)}
Pay Scale : Rs.5200 – 20200/- + GP Rs.2400/-
Qualification : Higher Secondary /12th/10+2 with Hindi Typing, Hindi Shorthand and Computer Application Certificate / Diploma. Knowledge English Typing is desirable.
3. Stenographer Grade III – Contract Basis
No. of Posts : 58 {UR – 52 (Includes 3 reserved for PH and 15 reserved for women) ; OBC – 02 ; SC – 02 ; ST – 02}
Remuneration : Rs.11,000/- Per month Consolidated.
Qualification : Higher Secondary /12th/10+2 with Hindi or English typing, English or Hindi Short hand and computer application Certificate / diploma.
4.Care Taker – 01 Post
Pay Scale : Rs.5200 – 20200/- + GP 1900/-
5. EPABX – Operator – 01 Post
Pay Scale : Rs.5200 – 20200/- + GP 1900/-
Application Fee : Rs.200/- (Rs.100/- for Reserved Categories from MP State only) + Rs.50/- for Portal Charges
